It’s white on white on white for Lookbook 20 with everything from my lip colour, hair chalk, nails, clothes right through to the set. I love white and one of my very first pieces for Perth Style was on the pop of white trend we saw last year. This year we are going all out with all white everything. The key to the monochrome trend is to give it dimension, texture, gradient and shape. Don’t be afraid to mix cream with stark white or leather with mesh, it all works and adds interest to a block colour.
I decided to mix trends a bit with this shoot and paired my boho luxe Spell and the Gypsy Collective Wolf Clan shag and Betts buckled sandals with grunge glam Evil Twin Caught Out Net Back Tunic and Aldo reflectors. I think I’ll name it Grunge-ho, wait no that doesn’t sound right… BoHunge… no ok just Bohemian Grunge, but whatever it is, here it is!
I used Kevin Murphy’s Colour Bug in White on the ends of my hair which created a brightening/lightening effect to my already blonde ends. If you’re looking to lighten your ends further for the night or even create a balayage effect on non-ombre hair I would recommend checking it out!
